The Heavy Metal Tour® engages middle school students BEFORE they make important decisions about their high school and post secondary courses. It sets the record straight and lets manufacturers show young people the many challenging, fulfilling roles in American manufacturing—career choices right in your community. Since its inception in 2012, over 30,000 students from central Wisconsin have participated in the annual tour designed to showcase a wide array of innovative and exciting career paths in manufacturing.
